All Messages: File > Options > Mail > Delivery receipt confirming the message was delivered to the recipient's email server. Optionally, check the Request a Read Receipt check box to know when the recipient opens the email. Go to the Options tab and select the Request a Delivery Receipt check box. To turn on read receipts for all emails that you send, open the app settings ( View) - Email management, and turn on 'Read receipts'. You can choose to receive notifications when your emails are read by the recipient.
